2. What Data We Process
The melodiasmaku.pl website is informational in nature — we do not operate user accounts, registration forms, or an online shop. We do not collect personal data through the website, other than data you voluntarily provide to us in direct contact (phone, e-mail), e.g. to book a table or organise an event.
Our hosting server (OVH), like any web server, records standard access logs (including IP address, request time, page address). These logs are used solely to ensure the security and proper operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller).
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We use only technically necessary entries in the browser's local storage (localStorage), saved on your device:

These entries do not identify you and are not shared with anyone. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings (clearing site data).
4. External Services
- Google Map (Google Ireland Ltd.) — the interactive map in the "Contact" section loads only after your consent (the "Open interactive map" button or accepting the banner). Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.
- wsrv.nl image proxy — event images are served through a public, non-profiling proxy that optimises images.
- Google Calendar — event dates are fetched from our Google Calendar via our own server (your browser does not connect to Google for this purpose).
- Behold.so / Instagram — if the "Gallery" section displays current posts, the list is fetched from the Behold.so service (public posts from our profile, without identifying visitors).
5. Your Rights
To the extent that we process your personal data (e.g. e-mail correspondence), you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the website evolves (e.g. new integrations are added). The current version is always available at melodiasmaku.pl/en/privacy-policy/.
